Clinic Director
Erik Zamboni, DPT, CSCS Clinic Director
Erik Zamboni, DPT, CSCS earned his clinical Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Southern California (USC). USC is currently ranked the number one physical therapy education program in the nation and is consistently one of the top two.
He successfully completed eight different rotations in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, cardiac and inpatient rehabilitation. His rotations were completed at prestigious facilities such as USC University Hospital in Los Angeles and nationally ranked St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon. Overall, his professional training amounts to twice the Oregon state requirements. For just under three years, he exclusively treated work related injuries with the national leader in occupational health, Concentra Medical. He was then recruited to successfully open and manage an outpatient orthopedic clinic in southern Oregon.
Zamboni is part of a small percentage of health care providers nationally who have a clinical doctorate in Physical Therapy. This gives him the distinct advantage of combining a broad academic base with specialized professional education and experience in outpatient orthopedics with particular emphasis on industrial rehabilitation and spine care.
Zamboni is also a nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) who attends continuing education courses each year to keep up with the latest advances in Physical Therapy. He is fluent in Spanish in order to meet the needs of a diverse population. He is a member of the Oregon Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
In his free time, he enjoys the wide variety of outdoor recreation that bend has to offer.
