Stepping up during a transition, they assumed the Lead Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) role, developing comprehensive training programs for seamless onboarding. Today, they train new PCCs while spearheading an innovative staffing agency, connecting healthcare PT clinics with cost-effective virtual assistants—our expertly trained PCCs—to streamline operations and reduce expenses.
Outside work, Sylvester stays energized on the basketball court, chasing waves in the ocean, and plunging into thrilling scuba dives—what a splash of adventure!
