Dr. Erik Zamboni, DPT, CSCS,CEAS (aka 'Dr. Z'): Dr. Z earned his clinical Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Southern California (USC) in 1999. USC continues to be ranked the number one physical therapy education program and has been for most of the past decade.
Overall, his professional training amounts to twice the Oregon state requirements. In terms of work experience, Dr. Zamboni has over 17 years experience including opening a clinic for the national leader in occupational health, Concentra Medical, as well as directing an outpatient orthopedic clinic for one of the Forbes ranked top small businesses in America. He has been the Clinical Director of Living Well Therapy, LLC since 2004.
Dr. Zamboni once spent two summers living in the Amazon jungle and with that experience when combined with a minor in Spanish, he is fluent in order to meet the needs of a more diverse population. Dr. Zamboni is a member in good standing of the Oregon Physical Therapy Association and the American Physical Therapy Association.
In his free time, he enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, hiking, international travel and most other outdoor recreation!


Wendy Stewart Wendy was trained in Hawaii specializing in myofascia, balancing, Trigger point therapy, reflexology, prenatal, cranial sacral, cupping , and lymphatic massage. Wendy's sessions are slow, deep, and very therapeutic.
*Special Note: Java , a hypoallergenic 8 year old Golden Doodle accompanies Wendy's session as a therapy dog. He's a mellow little dog that adds to the energy of the session. If you have questions/concerns or would prefer that he is not present--that will be arranged.
Alyssa Reyes, PTA: Alyssa is an Oregon and California state licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) who recently moved to beautiful Bend, OR from the San Francisco Bay Area. She graduated Green River College’s CAPTE accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2019 and received her bachelors of science degree in Exercise Physiology from California State University, Chico in 2014. Alyssa has over 7 years of physical therapy experience as a PT aide, PTA student, licensed Physical Therapist Assistant and worked as a personal trainer in college. She loves spending time with family and friends, working out, hiking, and rooting for the San Francisco Giants! Message from Alyssa: “Physical therapy has personally changed my life after injury and my goal is to share my knowledge and experience to help others recover and continue living the life they deserve! Cheers!”


Dhruti Barot (aka 'D') D is working as PT aide/ Exercise Specialist at LWT. She has experience of working as Physical Therapist with 3 years of experience working in various types of PT clinical settings like Rehab, Ortho, Neuro, Cardio, NICU, ICU in India. Dhruti is a powerful force in the workplace and utilizes her positive attitude to encourage others to work hard. She believes that proper biomechanics and mental health plays a major role in overall Physical Recovery.
Dhruti has done her Master's degree in exercise and sports science from Texas State University in 2021 and her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy back in 2018. She has passed with distinction and obtained marks in a higher category than most students in the class and received a dean list’s award during her academic years. Dhruti is in the process of upgrading her education by pursuing a second master's degree in Health Administration. She is going to be a licensed Physical Therapist in the United States in a few months.

Lisa Schultz, PTA: Lisa is a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Oregon and California. She graduated from Mount St. Mary’s College Physical Therapist Assistant program in 1997 and received her bachelors of science degree in Physical Education from California State University, Sacramento in 1996. Over the past 25 years, she has treated patients in the acute, out patient and skilled nursing rehabilitation settings. Lisa recently moved to Redmond, OR with her husband for a slower paced lifestyle where they could spend more time together and enjoy the outdoors. She and her husband have three young adult children. As recent empty nesters, Lisa and her husband are looking forward to exploring all of the beauty that Central Oregon has to offer. In her free time, Lisa enjoys camping, hiking, snowboarding and spending time on the water.


Melissa Kelso: Melissa has been working in medical facilities for over 15 years, learning all aspects from patient care to billing. She loves working in the PT world the best because she gets to form friendships with the patients and witness them get better through physical therapy. She and her husband moved to Redmond in 2020 from Boise after her son graduated highschool and loves it. She loves baseball, riding bikes, sunset drives and whiskey
